Discovery or pre-study
We understand the requirements of each company are different this is why we always start our IT consultancy process by an analysis to understand and validate the problem to solve. After years of IT transformation in many company size and industries, we have developed a strong competency of discovery process. Our various models of standardised IT assessments are helping us to speed-up this phase.
Budget draft
The pre-study will always end-up with a high level design and a draft IT consultancy budget. Ideally, this first budgetary offer will be discussed with customer. We know that the TCO is not only based on the system integration but also the running costs, this is why we will integrate the objectives to optimise running costs. We are also happy to help customers in preparing draft offers during their budget period.
Quotation
The IT consultancy offer may include options or investment by stages if this is better for your business. We will always integrate a proposal of documentation, training and knowledge transfer with your teams. Our goal is not to keep you captive by “obscurity” but share our skills as much as possible and optimise IT and security operations.
Project delivery
The project delivery will start by a detailed design phase with a PID (Project Initiation Document) to validate your understanding of the scope of work and our deliverables.
We will adapt the delivery process to the requirements and will be happy to swap from waterfall to agile methodologies as per needed or during critical phases.
KPI and reporting are usually defined with customer during the pre-study but our standard IT consultancy offer a fortnightly reporting. The project will terminate with a project closing meeting including a lesson’s learned and project acceptance.
